The company is starting the construction and marketing of Galatea Residencial, a complex of three residential apartment blocks with a total of 151 units with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, in one of the city’s most renown districts.
ASG Homes, as a residential management tool of the ASG fund in Spain, has begun to build Galatea Residencial, a new complex of 151 apartments in Plaza de San Juan in Alicante, in the Condomina Golf district, one of the city’s most renown districts.
The project involves an investment of more than 40 million Euro by ASG Homes. The marketing of the apartments, which is being handled by Quadratia, has already begun, and they are expected to be ready to occupy in spring 2020.
Galatea Residencial features an array of 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments that come with storage space and underground parking, in addition to attics that also feature a large terrace. The areas start from 78 m2, for 2-bedroom apartments, and range to 139 m2 for attics + 52 m2 of terrace.
The project is also set apart by its common areas, in an interior development of more than 6,500 m2, which comprise a swimming pool for adults of 250 m2, another independent children’s swimming pool, an ample solarium, two lighted paddle tennis courts, a multi-function track, a fully equipped gymnasium and a children’s play area, together with bicycle parking in the basement and a pre-installation for charging of electric vehicles.
Moreover, the green areas of Galatea Residencial are intended to be one of the development greatest attractions, since they offer residents a total of 2,500 m2 of gardens planted with species of trees with low water requirements and with automatic watering.

Galatea Residencial reinforces the company’s commitment to Valencia, since it already has another residential development in Alicante, Ítaca Residencial, made up of 206 apartments, together with its first development in Valencia, Edificio Torre Iberia, which features 90 housing units.
