ASG Homes launches the second phase of its Residencial Argos development

Sevilla, 15. November 2019 –

ASG Homes has begun construction work for the second phase of its private residential complex Residencial Argos II in Seville East. The developer aims to invest 50 million euros in the development, which features 290 homes ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms. Work on the project will generate more than 200 direct jobs.

The development is located in Avda. de las Ciencias, in the Seville East district, one of the best areas in the city for services (restaurants, leisure venues, health centres, parks and schools), communications and access to public transport.

Like the first phase of the development, Argos II is a residential complex with its own cutting-edge style. It’s efficient, sustainable and offers quality, convenient services, aiming to provide residents with an excellent quality of life. The development features extensive landscaped areas with accessible paths, two outdoor swimming pools for adults and children, a children’s play area, a fully equipped gym, a multi-purpose sports hall, a social room, a gourmet room, bicycle parking and pre-installed charging points for electric vehicles. Properties available in the development include top-floor, middle-floor and ground-floor flats with balconies, a courtyard, garage, swimming pool and storage space.

The development was designed by the architecture studio Atrio (directed by Raimundo Molina and Federico Arévalo), which gave the residential complex an elegant appearance with a combination of light colours, large windows and top-quality finishes. Some of the most striking elements include the thermal and acoustic insulation system integrated into the building’s façade and the double glazing on the windows and enclosures, reflecting the project’s commitment to the environment. Under the quality policy adopted for all ASG Homes projects, Argos II will be registered for the BREEAM Residential certificate, which will guarantee its sustainability and respect for the environment.

ASG Homes is committed to using local suppliers to boost the economy in the areas where it operates, so it has opted to work once again with marketing agency Sevilla 2000, which has almost 20-year experience in the sector and played a key role in the success of Argos I, 95% of which has now been sold.
