ASG Homes has presented to the city its project Residencial España, which the development company is constructing on the lot occupied by the former Edificio España.
During the ceremony, held at Plaza de España, Víctor Pérez Arias, CEO of ASG Homes, explained the special features of this unique development. The building will feature, for example, the first 100% renewable energy facilities in the city, using geothermal energy, with heat pumps and PEX sensors for water and heat supply.
The residents and visitors to the city were able to view a rendering projected in 3-D images of what will be the second life of the landmark building Edificio España, which is being restored, with respect for the original design, as a unifying element for high quality in the square and in the city.

It is a project that restores to the city a refurbished and unifying space, which will create value and generate enthusiasm among residents of Salamanca.” With these words, Víctor Pérez, CEO of ASG Homes, expressed his thanks to everyone in attendance at the ceremony, and also to the people who showed an interest in the building during the course of the workshop.
The images of Residencial España that were projected revealed 24 exclusive apartments from 2- to 4- bedrooms, with storage space and 2 parking spaces included, completed in the highest quality, and featuring the latest in home automation technology, along with excellent facilities such as fully equipped gymnasium and heated swimming pool.
ASG Homes will invest more than 30 million in this development, which was designed by the Architecture Studio of Chus Manzanares.
