ASG Homes, one of the largest operators in the Spanish real estate market, continues to strengthen its commitment to the capital city, where it will develop 30 exclusive homes in the centre of Madrid.
ASG Homes will manage an investment of 20 million euros in the development of a residential complex of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom homes, all of which will have a terrace, garage and storage room. The ground floor apartments will have a private garden and the penthouses will have large terraces. It will be notable for its communal spaces, which will include an outdoor swimming pool and manicured gardens, as well as a rooftop chill out area where residents can enjoy the best sunsets in the city, a co-working area, and a fully equipped gym. All built to reside in an urban sanctuary. The urban and contemporary design will feature high-quality materials, striking a mix between elegance and modernity.
The 900-square-meter location is located on calle Sebastián Elcano in Arganzuela, one of the most desirable neighbourhoods in the capital, and is just a few minutes' walk from Glorieta de Embajadores, Atocha Station, the Teatro Circo Price, and the Reina Sofa Museum, among other points of interest.
The CEO of ASG Homes, Victor Pérez, stated: Our Calle Fuencarral development established a benchmark for how new developments in the heart of Madrid were envisioned, and this endeavour will be no different. I have no doubt that the project we are about to launch on Calle Sebastián Elcano, in the heart of one of the city's most sought-after residential zones, will demonstrate once again the execution capacity and quality of ASG Homes developments."
The Elcano project joins other projects being developed by ASG Homes in Madrid, such as Jardín de Cervantes, near Alcalá de Henares, whose phases I and II are fully completed and sold, and whose Phase III is already under construction and projected to be completed by the end of 2023.
Also in the Community of Madrid is Kings Lofts, 363 lofts in one of the districts with the largest business and commercial expansion in San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid), with the second phase now being advertised and projected to be delivered in April 2024. A one-of-a-kind initiative that adjusts to changing work-life balance trends.
