The ceremony was held at the sales office for the first phase of this project, and various representatives of the local administration were in attendance, accompanied by the team from ASG Homes, the Architectural Studio responsible for the design of this phase of the project (Atrio) and the firm in charge of its marketing (Inmobiliaria Sevilla 2000).
This first project constitutes an exposure of 217 million Euro, where the construction of more than 1000 apartments is planned in the Seville East district. The first phase, called “Residencial Argos,” begins with an investment of 49 million Euro, which recovers for the city of Seville one of the city’s last unused pockets of land, in Seville East. The project plans the construction of 230 apartments, as well as underground parking, and its marketing has been accomplished in record time, since more than 70% of the apartments are reserved.
After obtaining the building permit last week, the construction work on “Residencial Argos” will begin on 1 August, and it completion is expected at the end of 2020.
The project, designed by the renown architectural studio Atrio (directed by Raimundo Molina and Federico Arévalo) using a contemporary and functional architectural style, is equipped with all services and qualities, and is composed of apartments and attics of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms with garages and storage space. All apartments feature outdoor terraces, as well as terraces and patios near the garden and the two swimming pools (one for adults and another for children) with a children’s park that rounds out the enclave. In addition, “Residencial Argos” features an INDOOR area, with fully equipped gourmet area, multi-purpose hall for events, celebrations and leisure, private social club; covered multi-purpose sport pavilion; dressing rooms, bathrooms and showers; solarium and covered zen area.
The apartments are located in buildings with a ground floor and seven upper floors, all of which feature shops in the main façade. The enclave is distributed in a U-shape, with a private interior enclosure.
The construction of “Residencial Argos” defines a new phase in Seville’s real estate sector. It is being constructed on one of the lots in Seville East, acquired in 2017 by ASG, which demonstrates ASG’s interest for constructing a large-scale residential project in one of Seville’s outlying areas. The main façade is located on Avda. De las Ciencias, no. 21, and the lateral façades on Calle Homero and Calle Laertes, in a district near the Convention and Exhibition Centre (FIBES).
